Job summary

Mercado Libre is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Leader in San Antonio, TX. You will oversee daily fulfillment, ensure on-time shipments, and drive accurate order processing to support a fast-growing marketplace across the region.

You will build and maintain performance reports, coach an operations team of up to 30 people, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture. On-site work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. initially, with potential shift changes and Spanish required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations with team leadership.
• Experience in distribution centers, fulfillment, or logistics environments.
• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Conversational Spanish required.
• Applicants must be based in the United States and authorized to work.
• On-site in San Antonio, TX, with initial 9 a.m.–5 p.m. hours; flexibility to move shifts.
• Mercado Libre does not sponsor work visas.

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, including team leadership.
• Experience with operational routines in a distribution center, fulfillment, or logistics environment.
• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Conversational Spanish is required.
• Applicants must be based in the United States.
• Availability to work on-site in San Antonio, TX, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the first few months, with flexibility to move to another shift.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States. Mercado Libre does not sponsor work visas.
