Job summary

Mercado Libre busca liderar la experiencia del vendedor para vendedores en Estados Unidos que operan en LATAM. El rol implica resolver incidencias que afectan las operaciones diarias y coordinar entre Account Managers, IT, Producto y Shipping para optimizar flujos.

Se espera experiencia en ventas con CRM y manejo de Excel, con visión de mejorar procesos y eficiencia. Se prefiere dominio del español y visa vigente. Se ofrece un ambiente emprendedor y oportunidades de crecimiento.

Qualifications

• El candidato debe tener experiencia en ventas y manejo de CRM.
• Se requiere dominio de Microsoft Excel.
• Visa válida y/o autorización de trabajo permanente.

Responsibilities

• Propietar la experiencia del vendedor para los vendedores de EE. UU. que venden en LATAM.
• Ser punto de contacto para resolver incidencias que impactan las operaciones diarias de los vendedores, coordinando entre Account Managers, IT, Producto y Shipping.
• Diseñar y automatizar procesos operativos actualmente manuales, como flujos de validación para reducir intervenciones manuales.
• Definir y mantener KPIs y tableros para visibilizar el estado de los vendedores en cada proceso.
