Cordialsa USA is seeking an E-Commerce Logistics & Fulfillment Analyst to optimize warehouse operations across multiple platforms. You will ensure accurate order processing, inventory integrity, and effective cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics or e-commerce fulfillment, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and bilingual English/Spanish. This is an on-site position in Houston, Texas with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Execute and monitor daily e-commerce fulfillment activities, across platforms such as Amazon and internal ERP systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through transaction monitoring, cycle counts, and FEFO rotation.
• Support warehouse operations through scheduling, data entry, and activity tracking; escalate discrepancies to management.
• Analyze operational performance and generate reports related to order fulfillment, inventory status, and productivity metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize packaging and operational workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships and support procurement of operational supplies.
• Oversee returns processing and product disposition, including donations and expired inventory, per company policies.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to action plans that address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Description

The E-Commerce Logistics & Fulfillment Analyst supports the execution and optimization of warehouse and fulfillment operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role ensures accurate order processing, inventory integrity, and effective coordination between warehouse operations, logistics, and cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute and monitor daily e-commerce fulfillment activities, including order processing, shipping documentation, invoicing, and system updates across platforms such as Amazon and internal ERP systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through transaction monitoring, cycle counts, and adherence to established rotation practices (e.g., FEFO).
• Support warehouse operations through employee schedule coordination, data entry, and activity tracking; identify and elevate discrepancies to management.
• Analyze operational performance and generate reports related to order fulfillment, inventory status, and productivity metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize packaging and operational workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships and support the procurement and control of operational supplies.
• Oversee returns processing and product disposition, including donations and expired inventory, in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to action plans that address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce fulfillment environments.
• Working knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and support operational decision-making.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
