• 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Experience in distribution center, fulfillment, or logistics.
• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily Fulfillment operations to support safe, accurate, and efficient order processing.
• Ensure shipments meet established SLAs, resolving order and data discrepancies that could affect deadlines.
• Build and maintain reports on order processing and dispatch performance, using data to identify improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop an operations team of up to 30 people; manage performance KPIs and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
