Job summary

Mercado Libre in Miami is seeking a US Cross-Border First Mile Supervisor to oversee end-to-end first mile operations across active lanes, ensuring punctual line haul, accurate carrier assignments, and cost control.

You will manage the Miami XD cross-dock and seller pickups, coordinate with Control Tower and international teams, and drive improvements through KPI monitoring and incident reviews.
