Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in warehouse or MIC operations.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives the operational success of staging and warehouse efforts.
• Develops, implements, and improves policies, procedures and best practices.
• Provides leadership and oversight to operational team members.
• Partners with senior leadership on staffing and planning.
• Maintains floor presence and operational readiness as needed.
• Ensures safety training and compliance with safety programs.
