Job summary

Strattec Security Corporation in El Paso, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, manage personnel, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time order fulfillment. You will supervise up to 30 regular El Paso staff and 10–15 temporary workers, driving staffing, throughput, and continuous improvement across the distribution function.

The role requires experience in warehousing, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with internal partners to meet service

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, logistics, operations preferred.
• Minimum three years in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or similar with leadership responsibility.
• Bilingual English–Spanish preferred; strong reading/comprehension in safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, storage, inventory control, labor movement, and staffing.
• Plan staffing, schedules, workload, and resource allocation based on demand and priorities.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, conduct evaluations, and enforce corrective actions.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop staff; promote engagement and succession planning.
• Address employee concerns and promote accountability, teamwork, and standard work.
