Job summary

Collectors seeks a Warehouse Lead to guide the warehouse team in planning, organizing, and executing daily operations at the Plano, TX office. You will oversee inventory accuracy, staff performance, and process improvements to meet departmental goals.

You will report to the Warehouse Manager and be onsite five days a week, ensuring safe handling and timely distribution of materials across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams and coordinating multiple tasks.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to monitor inventory and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and minimize losses.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, assign tasks, and set goals.
• Monitor performance with metrics and provide feedback.
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with other departments and document processes.
