Job summary

Streakwave Wireless, Inc. in Salt Lake City is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse, DC, RMA, warranty, logistics, and import/export operations.

The role includes leading the Operations Support Team and coordinating with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure procedures are consistently followed and goals are met. The ideal candidate has significant leadership experience in warehousing and logistics, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with ERP/WMS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Significant experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or operations leadership.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in an operations environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, WMS, and shipping software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Backup to the Operations Manager during absences.
• Direct Warehouse Supervisors and the Operations Support Team.
• Resolve operational, staffing, and service issues with minimal escalations.
• Keep the Operations Manager informed of significant issues and outcomes.
• Support execution across warehouse, DC, RMA, warranty, logistics, and import/export functions.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
• Supervise and develop the Operations Support Team and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures across Operations.
