Job summary

Stratix Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking an Operations Team Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of the staging and warehouse departments. Position Summary:

The Operations Team Lead is located in our Dallas, Texas location and is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of both the staging and warehouse department and is directly responsible for development, documentation and monitoring of standard processes. The Operations Team Lead should have technical experience to better assist in the day-to-day operations as well as the onboarding of devices and technicians to support the service levels for the customer. The Operations Team Lead reports to the Director of Mobile Integration Center.

Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Owns and drives the operational success of the staging and warehouse efforts, ensuring all activities are executed accurately, safely, and efficiently.
  • Develops, implements, and continuously improves policies, procedures, and best practices that align with company objectives.
  • Provides direct leadership and oversight to operational team members, ensuring accountability, performance, and alignment with department goals.
  • Partners with senior leadership to address personnel matters, staffing needs, and departmental planning.
  • Leads by example by maintaining a strong floor presence and a deep understanding of operational processes, with the ability to step in operationally when necessary.
  • Ensures all team members are trained in accordance with safety standards and oversees the department's compliance with all safety programs and regulations.
  • Utilizes problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address operational challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Other duties and strategic initiatives as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or MIC operations, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and charts), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.
