Belk in Auburn, AL is seeking an Operations Team Lead to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by efficiently processing inbound deliveries and preparing outbound shipments. The role leads the team in replenishing store supplies and maintaining store facilities, collaborating with merchandising and selling teams to achieve store objectives.

This is an hourly position with monthly bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to use data, guidance, and judgement to support timely and effective decisions.

Responsabilités

Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
Execute store shipment deliveries and lead the team to process product accurately to maximize productivity.
Maintain equipment, devices, boards, and organization of back-of-house areas to promote efficiency.
Communicate daily goals and key tasks; model behaviors to build team knowledge and improve results.
Utilize shipment systems to plan inbound and outbound activities; participate in weekly leadership planning meetings.
