Job summary

Belk is seeking an Omni/Ops Team Lead in Georgia. The role drives sales and customer satisfaction by efficiently receiving inbound deliveries, processing orders, and leading outbound shipments. You will replenish store supplies, maintain facilities, and collaborate with merchandising to ensure omni and operational excellence.

The position is hourly with monthly bonus eligibility, requiring adaptability, inventory control, and strong teamwork to meet store objectives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong ownership, accountability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and ensure a positive customer experience by processing inbound deliveries and orders with accuracy and speed.
• Lead outbound shipments, replenishing store supplies and maintaining store facilities.
• Collaborate with merchandising and selling teams to achieve omni and operational excellence.
• Use planning tools to forecast needs and schedule labor.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and manage replenishments to maintain stock levels.
