Job summary

Belk is seeking a Merchandising Team Manager to lead a store team in executing merchandising, operations, and facilities tasks. You will ensure accurate product placement, pricing, and signage while driving a positive customer experience and store sales.

Collaboration with visual and selling teams is essential to maintain planograms and presentations. You will oversee inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory control, and store fulfillment, while forecasting receipts and labor needs through

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Visual Merchandising or Retail Management experience.
• Ability to lead a team and drive store objectives.
• Comfort with technology and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to execute store operations, merchandising, and facilities tasks.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and inventory accuracy.
• Direct front-of-house operations including product placement and pricing.
• Collaborate with selling and visual teams on merchandising and planograms.
• Prepare and participate in weekly leadership planning meetings.
• Foster training, coaching, and development of associates.
• Support recruitment and onboarding to maintain ready-now talent.
• Maintain asset protection, safety, and security standards.
