Qualifications

1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Must regularly move around store areas and be accessible to customers.
Lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs; push/pull equipment up to 500 lbs.

Responsibilities

Drive shipments and lead the team in accurate, efficient product processing.
Receive and process inbound deliveries, ensuring merchandise is customer ready.
Prepare outbound shipments and replenish store supplies to support operations.
Maintain back-of-house areas, equipment, and communication boards for efficiency.
Lead weekly planning meetings and coach team members for continuous learning.
Support inventory accuracy, asset protection, and safety procedures.
Contribute to a positive store culture and exceptional customer service.
