Belk in the United States seeks an Assistant Manager to drive store sales and profitability by leading a team of leaders and associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve key metrics. You will manage inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory, and maintain an attractive store environment while collaborating with other leaders to optimize performance.

This is an exempt role with monthly bonus eligibility and a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• 3+ years of Retail Leadership experience.
• Ability to train and develop others.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team to meet sales and KPI goals.
• Inspire team to deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Oversee inbound/outbound deliveries and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate back-of-house operations and merchandise sets.
• Plan weekly workload and staffing with leadership.
• Coach and develop associates for high performance.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure asset protection and safety standards.
