Job summary

Sky Zone in Houston is seeking a Team Lead to manage on-site operations, rotating through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. This full-time, on-site role offers a fast-paced environment and hands-on leadership as you guide a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, prior supervisory experience, and comfort with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when senior leaders are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Lead from the floor, coach team members, and delegate tasks across departments.
• Drive guest experience and membership/program sales.
• Ensure safety policies, incident reporting, and clean, safe park operations.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities as needed.
