• Deliver exceptional customer service and explain processes clearly.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail sales, appraisals, DMV transactions, and funding.
• Manage cash operations, deposits, safe handling, and security.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.
