Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking an Ops Support Manager to implement and support transportation systems and processes, ensuring data integrity across internal and external platforms. The role emphasizes documentation, training, and process improvement to deliver value-add efficiencies.

Responsibilities include system training, fleet start-up support, and ad hoc reporting, with the ability to travel up to 75% and interact with all organizational levels.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years transportation experience preferred.
• BS in Supply Chain or Logistics strongly desired.
• TMS experience strongly desired.
• Transportation operational knowledge: CSA, FMCSR, DOT & Hours-of-Service.

Responsibilities

• Training personnel on TMW Suite, BI Portal, Equipment Tracking, Routing Software, and other NFI systems.
• New fleet start-up support; creating project plans; reporting and meeting planning; client interaction.
• Driver PeopleNet/PHOS training.
• Create and maintain system/process documentation; define office processes.
