Job summary

NFI is seeking a Manager of Operations Support to oversee key regional operating functions, including audits, startup processes, and safety training. The role emphasizes improving distribution management practices, compliance with standards, and driving efficiency across facilities.

The position reports to a Director of Distribution Operations and requires leadership in training, labor planning, and implementing SOPs. A strong background in MS Office, WMS systems, and PM skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ distribution management experience.
• Proficiency with WMS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance in operations, training, safety, productivity, and customer service.
• Audit deficiencies and follow up on corrective actions.
• Lead startup processes for new facilities and coordinate with customers.
• Train Facility Managers and Customer Service staff on SOPs and systems.
• Support labor planning and cost control to meet financial goals.
