Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a supply chain environment.
• Experience with TMW and PeopleNet software and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities and staff including supervisors and drivers.
• Develop strategic plans with Transportation Manager to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, forecasting and asset utilization across the operation.
• Manage staffing levels, training, and performance management for the workforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet customer pickup/delivery requirements and improve service levels.
