Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Manager of Operations Support to oversee compliance, training, start-up support and systems capabilities across the distribution network. The role will audit facilities for NDC standards, guide startup of new sites, and drive safety and process improvements.

The position reports to a Director of Distribution Operations and requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in distribution management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of distribution management experience.
• Ability to utilize WMS systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication and training skills; able to train and present to operators.
• Must be proactive and able to work independently; travel up to 75% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Audit facilities to ensure compliance with standards and report deficiencies.
• Lead start-up processes for new facilities and coordinate with customers.
• Train Facility Managers on policies, procedures, and SOPs; oversee labor planning to meet financial goals.
• Develop safety programs and lead safety teams; monitor and report incidents.
