Job summary

11Residential seeks a Director of Operations Support to align and optimize critical support functions, including Software Systems, Marketing, Training, Compliance, and Centralized Operations. This newly created role reports to the EVP of Operations and focuses on breaking down silos and driving cross-functional efficiency across sites.

The candidate will lead teams, define KPIs, and implement a new CRM platform while ensuring data governance and standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in multifamily property management operations.
• Demonstrated experience with on-site property management challenges and opportunities.
• Strong experience with compliance, training, marketing, centralized accounting, or technology.
• Deep expertise in managing diverse portfolios including class B and C value-add properties.
• Systems thinking and analytical skills to evaluate complex problems and drive solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent real estate/operations background; business degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience with property management software platforms such as Yardi or equivalents.
• Experience leading software platform selection, implementation, or data migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop department teams with clear accountability frameworks and collaborative objectives.
• Establish shared KPIs and strategic priorities aligned with property operations and company goals.
• Oversee evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new CRM platform.
• Serve as operational technology strategist with data governance and process standardization.
• Define site-level KPIs and build data architecture with real‑time dashboards.
• Drive standardization and automation across properties for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate compliance strategy and embed requirements into systems, training, and processes.
• Align Marketing and Training with on-site operations and ensure consistency across teams.
• Provide regular reporting to EVP of Operations on performance and progress toward 18‑month targets.
