Job summary

Legacy Service Partners seeks a Director of Shared Services to lead centralized operations spanning call center, dispatch, marketing coordination, talent support, and technology systems. You will build a high-performing, customer-focused team and drive scalable processes across the platform.

The role requires a strong operational leader with broad scope, analytical instincts, and ability to align multiple functions toward common outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations management within residential home services.
• Demonstrated experience leading call center, dispatch, or shared services in a multi-location environment.
• High proficiency in ServiceTitan with ability to build, interpret, and act on operational reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to identify, track, and manage KPIs driving outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of all shared services functions, setting goals and removing roadblocks.
• Oversee CSR and dispatcher teams with coaching and professional development.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Own the KPI framework; track, analyze, and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, talent acquisition, technology, HR, finance, and field ops.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes across all shared services.
• Oversee local marketing activities and liaise with platform marketing; track lead generation.
• Maintain proficiency in ServiceTitan and work with tech to enhance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols and best practices.
