• Ensure ownership, milestones, and progress tracking for major initiatives.
• Administer and promote use of organizational systems and tooling (CRM, Monday.com, donor systems).
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and financial workflows with phased ownership.
• Coordinate hiring logistics, onboarding, and personnel records in partnership with ED and HR.
