Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Project Manager - O&M Lead to drive enterprise IT project delivery across operations and sustainment for mission systems. You will collaborate with cybersecurity, governance, and customer stakeholders within ServiceNow to ensure efficient, compliant execution.

The successful candidate will lead incident response, release readiness, and ongoing support while mentoring teammates and ensuring adherence to security and operational processes. Travel 15–20% will be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing information technology projects, programs, or operations.
• 1+ years of experience using ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating release readiness, deployment support, or sustainment activities.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Risk Management Framework or Authority to Operate compliance activities.
• Ability to travel 15-20%, on average, based on the work and clients served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational support and sustainment activities for enterprise mission systems.
• Coordinate incident response, troubleshooting, user support, and issue resolution across stakeholder groups.
• Manage release readiness activities, including planning, tracking, and coordination with technical and functional teams.
• Monitor work execution within ServiceNow and support adherence to established operational processes.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity and customer stakeholders to support compliance with security, governance, and Authority to Operate requirements.
