The Leading Niche is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the digital Blue List platform, providing PMO support, lifecycle oversight, and cross‑vendor coordination. You will monitor execution, dashboards, and reporting using ServiceNow within a federal program context.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on ServiceNow SPM/ITSM expertise, Agile delivery proficiency, and a track record managing enterprise IT portfolios in DoD/cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least five years of IT project management, PMO support, or Independent Validation and Verification experience.
• Experience overseeing ServiceNow platform implementations within federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT project management and PMO support for the digital Blue List platform.
• Oversee software development lifecycle activities, web database engineering, and modernization tasks.
• Support the Government IT Program Manager with oversight, integration management, and schedule tracking.
