Job summary

Osi Vision, LLC seeks an IT Project Manager to support modernization and sustainment of a Federal Government digital platform, providing technical oversight, PMO support, and coordination among government stakeholders and vendors.

Using ServiceNow capabilities (SPM, ITSM) and Agile metrics, the role tracks schedules, risks, dependencies, and performance, delivering executive reports and ensuring program requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• At least five years of IT project management or PMO experience.
• At least two years overseeing ServiceNow implementations in DoD or Federal environments.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• CSM/PMI-ACP/PMP or comparable certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM/ITSM and Agile.
• Knowledge of secure federal cloud environments (AWS GovCloud/Azure Gov).
• Ability to coordinate cross-team dependencies and provide executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software development lifecycle, web/app and database engineering for an enterprise platform.
• Provide PMO support and technical oversight to Government IT leadership.
• Coordinate Government stakeholders, implementation and sustainment teams, vendors, and partners.
• Use ServiceNow dashboards to monitor progress, risks, milestones, and performance.
• Prepare executive reports and recommendations to keep work on schedule and within scope.
