Job summary

Deloitte’s GPS practice seeks an O&M Lead Technical Transformation Manager to oversee enterprise IT project delivery, including risk management, security, and governance alignment. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, collaboration across teams, and shutdownless operations in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires significant experience with ServiceNow, project leadership, and the ability to mentor others while delivering results that meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing information technology projects, programs, or operations.
• 1+ years of experience using ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating release readiness, deployment support, or sustainment activities.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Risk Management Framework or Authority to Operate compliance activities.
• Ability to travel 15-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational support and sustainment activities for enterprise mission systems.
• Coordinate incident response, troubleshooting, user support, and issue resolution across stakeholder groups.
• Manage release readiness activities, including planning, tracking, and coordination with technical and functional teams.
• Monitor work execution within ServiceNow and support adherence to established operational processes.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity and customer stakeholders to support compliance with security, governance, and Authority to Operate requirements.
