Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field.
At least five years in IT project management, PMO support, or IV&V for enterprise IT portfolios.
Two years overseeing ServiceNow platform implementations within federal programs.
Active CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

Provide IT project management and PMO support for the digital Blue List platform.
Oversee SDLC activities, web database engineering, and platform modernization.
Support Government PM with technical oversight, integration, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinate cross‑vendor schedules and dependencies across stakeholders.
Create executive dashboards and reports in ServiceNow.
Monitor Agile delivery metrics and support SDLC governance.
