Responsibilities

• Review numbers, track performance metrics, and build simple reports.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic databases and file, ensuring documents are accurate and up to date.
• Process Improvement by finding bottlenecks or slow steps and suggest better ways to work.
• Team Support through answering questions from coworkers and assisting managers finish projects on time.
• System support and troubleshooting basic software or equipment issues and update digital files.
• Help plan and coordinate internal events, trainings, and team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
