Diversified Maintenance is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to deliver superior service to clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment. You will manage daily work orders, attendance reporting, and client-specific dashboards while maintaining accurate data across systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year professional experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite tools.
• Strong business English communication, both written and spoken.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
• Excellent customer service and active listening skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Field Leadership and/or Clients.
• Effectively manage a large volume of emails daily and address general inquiries promptly.
• Create, update and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft and G-Suite tools.
• Complete reports on attendance, work orders, and client-specific reporting in a timely manner.
• Data entry into the back office system (JD Enterprises).
