Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Field Leadership and/or Clients.
• Effectively manage a large volume of emails daily; monitor/address general emails.
• Create, update and maintain spreadsheets and other documents using Microsoft/G-Suite tools.
