Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring an Operations Support Specialist to join our Operations Team. This full-time role supports staffing, onboarding, orientations, and employee recognition while maintaining compliance and training records.

The position requires strong organization, clear communication, and proficiency with tablet-based data entry. Starting pay is $19.99/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule; KBSPresence is used for timekeeping and attendance tracking.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and chemical safety sheets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience using tablet-based data entry applications is required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to generate routine reports as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to ensure staffing levels meet needs and communicate hiring requirements to TA.
• Coordinate site recruiting efforts with KBS Talent Acquisition Team.
• Assist Site Manager with onboarding of new employees.
• Assist in scheduling and conducting orientations.
• Support employee recognition programs.
• Serve as point of contact for questions/concerns and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain training and supervisor files and ensure policy compliance.
