Job summary

Saddle Creek Corporation in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator (1st shift) to help manage inbound and outbound shipments and ensure accurate documentation. You will act as the main liaison for drivers and carriers and support wave orders and reporting across the operation.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse systems. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months experience or more in a customer service, client-facing, or clerical role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse, light industrial, or similar setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and communicate truck schedules.
• Serve as primary liaison for drivers and carriers.
• Generate and retain required reporting for operations.
• Wave orders, document returns and exchanges, and prepare shipping paperwork.
