Job summary

Performance Team is hiring a Supervisor of Operations for a Sunday-Wednesday 5am-3:30pm shift in Burlington, NJ. The role oversees 20+ employees in warehousing and distribution, ensuring efficient receiving, storing, inventorying, and shipping of materials.

You will plan workloads, supervise staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and enforce safety procedures on-site. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and experience leading teams; familiarity with payroll and inventory systems is

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Maintains inventory records and accuracy; conducts cycle counts and audits.
• Plans workloads and staffing to meet customer metrics and schedules.
• Trains, hires, and evaluates employees; enforces safety procedures and resolves issues.
• Maintains harmony among workers and handles grievances.
