Job summary

Performance Team in Burlington, NJ, is seeking a on-site Warehouse Supervisor to oversee 20+ employees and manage receiving, inventory, and shipping operations. You will plan schedules, maintain records, and ensure safety and efficiency across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent
• 1–3 months related experience or training or equivalent combination
• Experience supervising 20+ employees is desirable

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inventory adjustments – cycles, physicals and catch weight audits
• Assist with Inventory Control and maintain inventory accuracy
• Maintain supply areas and computerized records of inventory
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics
• Determine staffing needs and schedule staff accordingly
• Assign workers based on workload and shipping schedules
• Review and update procedures and communicate to team
• Track productivity and evaluate performance by function/department
• Handle payroll within department and ensure payroll accuracy
• Ensure proper safety procedures are followed
• Resolve grievances and maintain harmony among workers
