Travel + Leisure Co. in New Orleans seeks a Business Operations Supervisor to lead customer service and support Sales and Marketing processes. You will ensure quality service for guests and partners while implementing processes, protecting assets, and deploying new initiatives.

You will train new hires, generate regular reporting, and collaborate with Sales, HR and Resort Operations to drive improvements. Availability on weekends/holidays and MS Office proficiency required.
