Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Business Operations Supervisor in Baton Rouge to support Sales and Marketing processes and provide outstanding customer service to guests and partners. The role requires leading a team, implementing new operational processes, and ensuring data protection and asset security.

You will train new hires, coordinate initiatives, and develop regular reporting to identify trends while collaborating with Sales, HR, and Resort Operations leaders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Availability to support weekends and holidays.
• Experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience leading teams or influencing others preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service to guests, business partners, and team.
• Implement new processes to improve customer service.
• Protect data when interacting with guests to ensure best experience.
• Protect and audit company assets by adhering to policies and procedures.
• Ensure the team stays up to date on operational procedures.
• Lead and/or coordinate training of new hires and new business initiatives.
• Design and execute reporting needs while identifying business trends.
• Utilize resources to provide quick support and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Help team members build personal brands and leverage available resources.
