Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Training & Sales Enablement Specialist to onboard, train, and coach a dynamic team at our resort operations. You will conduct ongoing trainings, partner with leaders to support new hires, and drive performance through weekly sessions for underperformers.

You will welcome guests, explain resort activities, and act as SME for new technology and marketing initiatives. You will book owner updates, monitor budget penetration, and ensure a professional, high‑energy

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• College degree in related field preferred.
• Wyndham Destinations marketing experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Ability to coach, counsel and motivate direct reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service when dealing with upset owners.
• Ability to negotiate effectively.
• Working knowledge of marketing databases.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Must have Timeshare/Vacation Ownership experience.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, onboarding & training new team members.
• Partner with department leaders to coach and support new hires.
• Conduct weekly training for underperforming reps.
• Welcome guests to the resort and brief on amenities and area activities.
• Support tech rollouts and sales initiatives as SME.
• Book guests for owner updates by phone and in person.
• Maintain positive culture and work environment.
• Keep site penetration above budget targets.
• Prepare reports for management as needed.
• Disseminate marketing information to relevant teams.
