Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Business Operations Supervisor to lead the Sales and Marketing support functions, delivering exceptional service to guests and partners while upholding operational standards.

You will implement processes, protect assets, train new hires, and generate regular reports to identify trends, partnering with Sales, HR, and Resort Operations to keep the business running smoothly.

Qualificações

• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience leading teams or influencing others preferred (not required).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business software.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service to guests, partners, and team.
• Implement new processes to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
• Protect data when interacting with guests and ensure privacy and security.
• Protect and audit company assets by adhering to policies and procedures.
• Ensure the team stays up to date on all operational procedures and guidelines.
• Lead or coordinate training of new hires and new business initiatives.
• Design and execute daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting to identify business trends.
