You will partner with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations leadership to drive efficient operations and a superior guest experience. The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to support weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite and Excel for daily operations.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Experience collecting, validating, and analyzing data in a guest-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, partners, and team.
