WIN Waste Innovations in Stamford, CT is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee collections for multiple lines of business within Hauling. You will supervise drivers and helpers, partner with the Operations Manager to implement safety and efficiency initiatives, and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Interact with customers to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Lead productivity goals, optimize routes, and manage labor hours and disposal costs.
