WIN Waste Innovations is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee hauling operations across multiple lines of business, including commercial, residential, roll-off and container delivery/pickup. You will supervise drivers and helpers and collaborate with the Operations Manager and General Manager to implement safety and efficiency initiatives.

• Oversee safety programs and loss control.

• Meet or exceed missed pickup goals.
• Resolve service issues and communicate with stakeholders.
• Improve customer experience and drive satisfaction.
• Lead drivers to exceed productivity goals and optimize routes.
• Create/modify routes to maximize density and efficiency.
• Reduce route hours via service changes and upsizing containers.
• Support budgeted goals and fleet maintenance.
• Develop talent and coach employees for advancement.
