Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee collections across multiple lines of business, including residential, commercial, roll-off, and container delivery and pickup. You will supervise drivers and helpers and work with the Operations Manager to implement initiatives that drive safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Understand and provide leadership to achieve and communicate about safety goals and objectives.
• Work to remove unsafe conditions or situations from drivers' routes.
• Partner with the maintenance department to ensure equipment remains in compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee effective safety and accident prevention programs to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Engage assigned employees in active participation to promote safety culture.
• Understand missed pickup goals and meet or exceed expectations.
