Qualifications

• Experience with route optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements for commercial vehicles.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of PowerBI preferred.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook and basic Excel).
• Must possess strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Defensive Driving (Smith System 5 Keys).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Drivers and Helpers.
• Check in drivers and helpers for duty and PPE.
• Lead safety to meet accident prevention goals.
• Analyze routes to remove unsafe conditions and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment in safe condition.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Monitor route performance and service records.
• Provide excellent customer experience and timely communications.
