Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Six months experience in a supervisor or lead role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management abilities.
• Experience with safety programs and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Package Handlers and, if needed, administrative staff.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as required.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations.
• Ensure safe, efficient sortation and track/ manage trailers with linehaul ops as applicable.
• Lead meetings and communicate operational goals and updates.
• Mentor junior Operations Supervisors and support safety initiatives.
• Respond to customer service issues and uphold FXG policies.
