Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certification program or Associate’s Degree or 2+ years of college toward a degree accepted in lieu of experience.
• Six months experience in package handler, supervisory or similar fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, recognize and manage staff performance.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations and staffing.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead meetings and communicate updates to teams; public speaking as needed.
• Mentor and develop junior supervisors; adapt to changing business needs.
