Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six months experience in package handler or supervisory role.
• Ability to lead, motivate and communicate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of FedEx safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and staff.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and discipline as needed.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages.
• Manage administrative tasks and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to team.
• Mentor aspiring Operations Supervisors.
