Job summary

FedEx is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Safety Above All culture and manage day-to-day operations and a staff of package handlers. You will ensure safe, efficient sortation and adherence to FedEx policies and governmental regulations.

The role involves coaching and evaluating personnel, planning workflows, and communicating with teams to achieve daily goals while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and assigned staff.
• Ensure safe and efficient package sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, and evaluate staff; address employee concerns.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate goals to the team.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies and procedures.
