• Assign staff to ensure safe and efficient sortation.
• Analyze performance and implement improvement plans.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates.
• Escalate customer service issues as needed.
• Mentor upcoming Operations Supervisors.
• Adapt to changing business needs with urgency.
